USB Ports for Cars Revisited

In my July 23 post, I wrote about my desire for car companies to install USB ports in cars so that portable devices like the iPod can be played directly through the car's speaker system, without any degradation in sound quality that occurs with devices like cassette tape adapters.

I am glad to see that at least one car company considers this to be an important selling point.
