Christmas Came Early This Year
I bought a house a few weeks ago and I moved in yesterday. It's not a large house by any means, but compared with the 288 square foot studio apartment I was living in, it seems palatial.
I won't be in Toledo forever, but I feel glad that I've stemmed the hemorrhage of money that is renting.

yes. Crazy, isnt it. I've mortgaged my life away, but I'm glad that I'm building equity.
