'Down With Toledo' Has Reached New Heights
'Down with Toledo' has been highlighted in The Toledo Free Press (look closely, don't blink):
Blog it, Toledo
By Lisa Renee Ward, Special to Toledo Free Press
Arbor Update inspires me. Yes, this blog is focused on our neighbor to the North, Ann Arbor but there is some very interesting stuff there. The post on Zipcars was something I had never heard of before and found very intriguing. So I have to say, nice job Ann Arbor in providing great information and creating discussion.
The personal blog of Michael Paulus, entitled Transblog is more than just about Michael. Not only is the design of this blog eye catching, seeing Michael's photos as well as some of his work made this a "must visit" blog.
Right Moment, a Quasi Blog,is our next blog. I admit it, the boxing kitten image reeled me in. There is a good mix of humor, videos and music intertwined with politics that will have something for just about everyone who likes blogs. Visit and find out just how bad is Scott for you…
Down With Toledo by Pete is another local personal blog where we find out more about Pete, other topics of interest to him and spiders. I personally think they might have been behind his attack the valance in the middle of the night episode. However for more information on that you'll have to visit him.
There have been quite a few MySpace blogs that I have found the past few weeks, some I have subscribed to because I think they are possibilities later to highlight for you. Clark's MySpace I found this week. Just when I had gotten to the point where I thought everyone wanted to meet "fun people" or famous people, Clark's response was rather refreshing, "I'm just antisocial enough to be 100% okay with not meeting anyone." I also have to say after reading his latest blog entry? Great job on the 4.0 and it does matter.
Think you have just about seen it all? Even the Pink Panther blogs and he wants you to save energy too. Yes, I know this may not really be our favorite Toledo panther in pink. However, there is some really good information and advice that can be found at The Pink Panther Energy Blog.
When she's not searching the local blogosphere for blogs to share, Lisa Renee Ward can be found on her blog, Glass City Jungle. If you find a blog you want her to check out? Email her at glasscityjungle@gmail.com.
